The things clients ask us most before starting a project. Something else on your mind? Just ask.
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes — as an emergency backup. A team of server administrators and WordPress developers with 10+ years of experience covers nights, weekends and holidays for downed servers, hacked sites and broken mail. Planned project work runs on a normal schedule; emergencies do not wait.
How long does a typical WordPress website take?
Starter sites launch in about 7 days, business sites in 2–3 weeks, and full e-commerce stores in 3–4 weeks. You’ll receive a fixed timeline with milestones in your proposal — and we’ve never missed a launch date.
My site is already hacked — can you still help?
Yes, and speed matters here. Send us a message and we’ll run a free external scan within hours. Standard cleanups complete within 24 hours; our Emergency Response tier starts within 2 hours and targets restoration in under 12, blacklist removal included.
Do you provide the SSL certificate, or just install it?
Both. We’re a full provider — we supply certificates from Let’s Encrypt, Sectigo, RapidSSL and DigiCert (DV, OV, EV and wildcard), then install them, fix mixed content, force HTTPS and set up auto-renewal. One contact, zero DIY.
Will an SSL certificate improve my SEO?
HTTPS is a confirmed Google ranking signal, and Chrome labels HTTP pages ‘Not secure’ — which kills conversions before rankings even matter. Pair SSL with our speed and on-page SEO work and you have the full technical foundation for ranking.

What happens after my website launches?
Every project includes 30 days of free support and full training. After that, most clients move to our $49/mo Care Plan: updates, daily backups, malware monitoring, SSL renewals and priority support — we become your long-term web team.
How do payments and contracts work?
Design projects: 50% to start, 50% on launch. Security cleanups: payment after the site is verified clean. Care plans roll monthly, cancel anytime. You’ll always get a fixed written quote first — no hourly billing surprises, ever.
Can you manage our Linux server, not just the website?
That’s a core service. Ubuntu, CentOS and CloudLinux on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Linode, DigitalOcean, Contabo, Vultr — or inside cPanel, Plesk and the big shared hosts. Monthly management or a one-off rescue, accounts always stay in your name.
Can you move our hosting and email without downtime?
Yes. We stage the new server, migrate files, databases and mailbox history (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, cPanel or Proton), set SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MX, then cut DNS with the old host kept as a rollback.
